Ms. Daveanna Tarpeh is a distinguished authority in talent sourcing management and corporate professional development, bringing decades of cross-sector expertise to D-Genesis Group. Her career is defined by an exceptional ability to identify talent and cultivate organizational cultures of excellence—from institutional capacity building in Liberia to enterprise-level workforce strategies in the United States.
As a certified corporate trainer, Ms. Tarpeh has designed and delivered transformative learning programs for private enterprises, government bodies, and NGOs across West Africa and North America. Mohammed Odu Massalee, Esq., is an Attorney-at-Law and the Chief Operations Officer of DGenesis HR & Staffing Solutions, Inc. He is a Liberian legal professional, development practitioner, policy specialist, and organizational leader with extensive experience in operations management, institutional development, human-resource coordination, legal and policy research, and strategic program implementation.
Throughout his career, Attorney Massalee has worked with government institutions, international organizations, private-sector entities, and civil-society organizations. His experience includes managing complex assignments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, strengthening institutional systems, supporting workforce development, and ensuring the effective delivery of organizational objectives.
As Chief Operations Officer, he oversees the company’s daily operations, service delivery, workforce coordination, compliance, quality assurance, and operational strategy. He is committed to building efficient systems, promoting professional excellence, and delivering reliable staffing and workforce-management solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
